Q: How does the billing work?
A: For a nominal diagnostic charge we come to your home and figure out the source of your problem and the best way to fix it. This fee won’t change no matter how long it takes us to figure out your problem or how far from our office your home is located. We’ll quote you exactly how much it will cost for the repair, including all parts and labor. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair, you pay only the diagnostic fee.

Q: Why did you make the change?
A: With Quality Service Pricing, we take responsibility for getting the job done right and in the right amount of time. We don’t get paid a cent more for making mistakes. You know exactly what things will cost.

Q: How do you set your pricing?
A: The prices we quote are from an industry approved price book that lists competitive prices
for every possible repair.

Q: What if I have a service plan?
